At the heart of the Rebus Esper is our patented Synthetic Aperture Optics or SAO, which allows image-based spatial analysis of single cells with no compromise between resolution, scale and speed.

Rebus Esper Spatial Omics Workflow
The Rebus Esper makes no compromises when it comes to ease of use. Preparing a run follows a simple protocol that requires less than one hour of hands-on time. Using the instrument is as easy as loading the reagents and flow cell, starting the run, and coming back at the end to collect your processed data.
The throughput of the Rebus Esper has allowed us to explore brain development in a way we never could have before. Getting high sensitivity data from hundreds of thousands of cells in a single experiment enables us to tease apart details of gene regulation that will lead to a better understanding of human brain development.
