As a member of the Scientific Affairs team, the Staff Scientist, Spatial Omics will work with Rebus Biosystems colleagues, customers, and collaborators to design and execute experiments using the Rebus Esper™ spatial omics platform, analyze data, and deliver biologically meaningful results. The Manager/Director, Manufacturing has responsibility and leadership over the manufacturing of the Esper spatial omics instrument product based on the company’s proprietary synthetic aperture optics (SAO) technology. This includes sub-assembly, final system assembly/integration, final test, and preparation for shipment. This role focuses the organization on aligning activities and resources towards achieving shipment and revenue goals through partnering with functions that do not report to this position. The Manager/Director, Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring the product meets applicable specifications and quality standards, and that a safe work environment exists for all Manufacturing employees.
