lncRNA DIGIT and BRD3 Protein Form Phase-separated Condensates to Regulate Endoderm Differentiation

Read Paper

Cooperation between DNA, RNA and protein regulates gene expression and controls differentiation through interactions connecting regions of nucleic acids and protein domains and through the assembly of biomolecular condensates. In this study, the authors used StellarVision, a Synthetic Aperture Optics-based imaging system, to measure interactions between DIGIT, a long non-oding RNA, and BRD3, a protein transcription factor, in thousands of cells.
