Your Samples, Our Lab
Simple Process, High-quality Data
The EsperTM Service Program is available through the Rebus Biosystems Service Lab.
Work with our scientific team to develop an experimental plan and gene list, send tissue blocks to our centralized laboratory, and we’ll handle the rest.
Once all samples have been run you’ll receive a complete data package that includes individual processed images for each gene analyzed, as well as a spatially-annotated CellxFeature matrix.
The CellxFeature matrix can be used for unbiased clustering, cell type annotation and precise mapping using the downstream analysis software of your choice.
